Brine Microfiltration

It is an alternative to the pasteurization used for removal of bacteria especially in the dairy industry. The processing of the membranes is extremely cost-effective mostly as a result of low energy consumption. It also has the advantage of eliminating the need for frequent replacement and disposing cartridges and other consumables used in conventional fixed filtration. TSS microfiltration membranes are highly durable with their service life over five years. It is used in feed streams where it is intended to remove small sized dispersed solids such as bacteria, fat and fat globules without affecting the balance of components dissolved in the flow.
