ULTRAFILTRATION (UF)

It concentrates milk and allows you to obtain the retentate (concentrate) with high protein content. Mineral and lactose are separated. Obtained concentrate can serve for different purposes of manufacturing.

For example, cheese and milk concentrate MPC, and MPI obtained by milk protein filtration are major purposes of use.

Milk protein can be standardized with UF. Yoghurt, cheese, milk powder and other products can be produced with protein standardization.

REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO)

It can be used to concentrate milk before milk powder, and is a system preferred by many dairy farms around the world to reduce the transportation costs by concentrating the milk.
